My name is Kimber Fowler (They/He)
I am a skilled and passionate,professional tattoo artist based in Portland,OR. As a transgender individual, I bring a unique perspective to my craft, creating art that reflects both my personal journey and the diverse stories of my clients.

Email is the only way I communicate about tattoos.
The minimum I charge for any tattoo is $300 and I charge $200 per hour.
I take a $100 or more deposit to reserve a tattoo appointment.
The deposit comes off the total at the end of the tattoo.
Besides the deposit, I only accept cash for tattoo payments.
For custom drawings, I only show final images at the time of the appointment. I tattoo my flash multiple times.
I work from my own privately licensed studio in North Portland. There are quite a few stairs leading up to the shop so if this presents an accessibility issue, shoot me an email and we can arrange to use a friends studio for out appointment.
